FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Is it best to book in advance of my wedding?
It is advisable to book in advance, as we only take on a limited number of commissions each week. However, we can take last minute orders, after your wedding has finished, if your flowers still look fresh.
What do I do with my flowers before you collect them?
Keep your flowers in a cool, dry place. If your flowers are arranged in a green foam ball keep it moist, if they are hand-tied, place in a vase of water. Do not place your bouquet in a fridge or freezer or spray your flowers with water.
Do you include collection or delivery in your prices; do you have any other hidden extras?
We have no hidden extras. Our prices are up front and inclusive of courier collection and delivery of your flowers.
Can you preserve all types of flowers?
Almost all types of flowers and foliage can be preserved as long as they are still fresh, and in good condition.
Will my flowers change their colour?
Some colour changes will occur. Over time, your flowers will take on a beautiful, antiqued appearance once they are preserved, and the colour will change slightly. Red flowers tend to turn a claret colour, whilst white flowers turn a creamy colour, and some pinks may turn a lilac hue. We colour enhance flowers and foliage to help maintain appearance.
Will my flowers change their shape?
Your flowers will stay the same shape as the day they arrived at our premises; they will take on a matt appearance and may become smaller once they are freeze dried.
Do I have a choice of frames?
We offer a choice of frames from our collection.
Can I have my preserved flowers without framing?
Your preserved flowers are bio-degradable, so they will need to be protected in an airtight display, away from sunlight and moisture.
Can you include the groom’s buttonhole or photo in the display?
Groom’s buttonhole is displayed free of charge. Photo’s invitation or any other precious items can be included within your display, at an extra cost of £20.
Is a deposit required?
We ask for a minimum deposit of £150, which will be deducted from your final price.
When will the final balance be due?
We require the final payment, before your frame is ordered.
